This rock climbing experience on the limestone cliffs of Railay Beach offers a rewarding way to explore Krabi from a different perspective. It's suitable for both beginners and more experienced climbers, with professional climbers on hand to provide safety instructions and ongoing guidance throughout the session.

With views over the Andaman Sea, you'll climb a variety of rock faces while practising and developing your technique at a comfortable pace. You can choose between a half-day or full-day session, depending on how much time you'd like to spend on the cliffs. All necessary equipment is included, and the activity is led by guides trained in emergency first aid to support a safe and well-organised experience.

Know in advance:

The minimum age for this activity is 5 and the maximum age is 80
All climbing equipment is included, such as harnesses, helmets, carabiners, quickdraws and belay devices. All equipment is safety checked on a regular basis
Climbing shoes are available in a wide range of sizes and styles
More experienced climbers may share climbing time with less experienced participants, so consideration of others in the group is expected and appreciated
After the activity, you'll be given a boat ticket for the return journey. There's no hotel drop-off service, but most hotels are close to the boat drop-off area

A reusable water bottle (water is provided, but you must bring your own bottle)
Suitable trekking shoes
Your booking confirmation or a photo ID

Hotel pick-up is available from hotels in Ao Nang or Krabi Town. You'll indicate your pick-up address at checkout. Pick-up is also available from most hotels in Railay. As Railay is very small, it's also easy to walk to the Krabi Rock Climbing shop.
