Known as 'The Art of Eight Limbs', Muay Thai utilizes various clinching techniques, combining the use of elbows, fists, knees, and shins.

Get handy tips and tricks from your professional instructors who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.

The gym is located on the second floor. You will see a car park when following the map, take the stairs on the left up to the second floor. BTS station "Mo Chit" is 15 minutes walking, and MRT station "Phahon Yothin" is 30 minutes walking to the gym. You can also come by taxi, but please allow extra time in case of heavy traffic.
