Your journey begins with meeting your guide at a central location in downtown Helsinki, from where you'll embark on a short drive to the national park. Once there, you'll commence your hike, covering approximately 6km of varied terrain, including gentle hills and steep staircases leading up to your lunch spot. Halfway through your trek, you'll pause for a well-deserved lunch break prepared by your guide. This interlude provides an excellent opportunity to soak in the mesmerising scenery of the national park and discover the surrounding lake and forest.
Post-lunch, you'll return to your starting point to prepare for the sauna experience.
