24-Hour Cologne Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

Although the experience was booked through TUI there was no information whatsoever on the boat and we were told that the Hop On Hop Off buses were nothing to do with the boat or any member on it. Hence we had to find our own way to the first pick up point using the Hop On Hop Off website. The pick up point was not that easy to find. Once on the bus the pre-programmed commentary was interesting and the 90 minute circular journey was enjoyable - we saw parts of Cologne we would not have seen

Couldn't fault this service

Was not told by tui rep until night before that boat would be moored further away.we would not have had time to go on any of our trips planned.could not cancel as less than 24 hours notice.we lost all our money and the rep on board was no help at all

The bus drove through uninteresting commercial areas. The bus broke down at a bus stop, the driver did not tell anyone, and after waiting 40 minutes, I inquired and was told a replacement bus was on the way. It arrived and did not move for a further 20 minutes as it had to fit in to the schedule. A complete waste of money.
