You have free seat selection from the fourth row to the back with your ticket in category I
For concerts starting at 2:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., doors open one hour before the concert begins. You may leave the hall after selecting your seats
For concerts starting at 7:30 p.m., doors open at 7:00 p.m.
There is no specific dress code. The best approach is to strike a good balance between festive and casual
Since the building is a historic landmark, it is unfortunately not possible to install an air conditioning system
There is a bar in the concert hall where you can purchase beverages

The concert hall in the Wallpavillon is located on the upper level of the Dresden Zwinger, across from the Glockenspielpavillon. Please plan for some walking. One route leads up from the Zwinger inner courtyard via curved steps. The second route leads from Theaterplatz over a small ramp, located to the right of the Alte Meister restaurant (Theaterplatz 1a) and across from the Semperoper Dresden on the left, to the upper level. On concert days, signs will guide you.
