Access on the weekdays is from street Izvor 2-4, entrance A3S2, on the Northen side and on the weekends, from street Calea 13 Septembrie, entrance A1, on the Southern side. Pass by the security point/gate located at the exterior wall surrounding the building and go inside the building to check-in and validate your tickets.
