Hike at your own rhythm on a self-guided trek in Caldeirão Verde.

Explore the incredible Laurissilva Forest and follow a mystical trail in the nature, along a water channel, with green views on one side and stunning waterfalls along on the other. Admire the waterfalls, ancient endemic trees, as you hike the Levada trail and feel the nature of Queimadas nature.

Get picked up at your accommodation with a shared transfer. Upon arrival, you'll receive hike instructions with scheduling and map explanation. The hike is a round trip trail of 12 km total, the starting point and ending point are at the same location Queimadas Park and you'll have around 5.5 hours to complete it.

Selbstgeführte Wanderung ohne Gruppe ist super. Der Track ist sehr schön. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und hat einen zusätzlichen Stop an einem Aussichtspunkt eingelegt. Allerdings ist der Weg stark in beiden Richtungen frequentiert und man muss sich ständig an anderen Menschen vorbei quetschen.
