A noteworthy highlight of your journey is the distinguished Vrmac fortress, an exemplary Austro-Hungarian stronghold constructed in 1860, which stands as one of the finest-preserved fortifications in the Bay of Kotor. As you explore the remnants of this fort, you will gain insight into the architectural techniques employed during the Austro-Hungarian era, leaving you amazed.

Reaching the summit of St. Ilija, you will be greeted with a panoramic view of the entire bay and the majestic peaks of the surrounding mountains.
