Escape Marrakech to the Atlas mountains to see stunning landscapes and some of the most beautiful rivers, mountains, and waterfalls in Morocco. On this tour, we will enjoy the drive to Ourika Valley with the opportunity to visit the magical Anima gardens where nature & art meet. Along the journey, we will get to learn about the culture in the region of Ourika with a stop at one of the Berber villages.

After about 30 minutes drive we will reach Anima gardens a place with hundreds of botanical influences from around the world blended together with artworks by Picasso, Haring, Rodin and more! After that, we will enjoy the nice drive through the valley of Ourika for another 30 minutes until we arrive at the village of Setti Fatma. There you will have the opportunity to visit a Berber house and learn about the way people live in the region of Ourika Valley and the Atlas mountains.

Then, we go for a tasty lunch (not included) at one of the local restaurants by the riverside. On the way back to Marrakech you will have the opportunity to stop at the Herbal House to learn about the medicinal herbs and spices that local use in the area (Optional).

Fahrer sehr freundlich, pünktlich. Anima Garden war ausgezeichnet, aber ab dann: Besuch eines Berberhauses war eine Verkaufsveranstaltung. Der Weg zum Wasserfall war plötzlich ohne einen Guide nicht möglich, obwohl von Ihnen zur Auswahl gestellt und viel steiler, unwegsamer und länger als vom Guide/Fahrer beschrieben. Für meinen Mann sehr grenzwertig. Wir mussten in das abgewrackteste Restaurant am Fluss. Dreckig, ungemütlich, nicht sehr freundlich. Unser Eindruck: Erste und letzte mal mit Tui.

Gut: unsere Guides, Anima Garden, Wasserfall, Essen am Fluss Gewöhnungsbedürftig: Verkausftour, Öle kaufen im Berberdorf, Verkaufsstände vom Tal bis zum Wassserfall, überall gestoppt und animiert zum Kaufen, Massen an Touristen Gut zu wissen: Extrakosten für Guide, der einem zum Wasserfall führt, unbedingt festes Schuhwerk für einstündige Bergtour... Insgesamt anders als erwartet, aber trotzdem schön!

The driver collected us and we were kept up to date with pick up times however it wasn't clear if we had to pay the extra pick up charge or not from the web site. The trip was advertised as a tour of the mountains and waterfall not an hours hike up a mountain in midday sun with a guide who needed paying. The meal after was cash only and there was nowhere to get cash so had to be loaned money from the drive. The gardens were lovely and the stop at the Argon house
