The tour will start with you being picked up at 7.30 am from your accommodation in Fez. Then, you will head towards Chefchaouen, located in the Rif Mountains. Upon arrival, you can marvel at the famous incredible blue walls where you will have about 4 hours to explore the picturesque small city streets of the medina led by your expert guide.

You can discover the local shops and cafes and see the main square known as Plaza Uta el-Hammam, where you have the option to visit various sites like the Kasbah Museum, the Grand Mosque, or the Ethnographic Museum which contains musical instruments, antique weapons, and photographs of the old town. You can also stop at the Ras Elma River that runs through the old city and enjoy the amazing view or enjoy a local lunch with panoramic views over Chefchaouen before going back to Tangier.

The trip was amazing, and special thanks to our guide "Aziz", a very respectful and helpful guy, with a lively soul.

I did two trips which were ran by Easy Travel. Their vehicles are roadworthy and fit for the long journeys on not the best roads. They also provide experienced drivers who help to make the drive as comfortable as they can, to get you to the destination safely. Reda took us on our trip to Chefchouan and gave us plenty of time to explore considering the long distance, and provided a variety of music to suit each of the customers. Such an interesting place! A great experience all round.
