Man hat viel gesehen, der Tourguide war extrem nett und die Gruppengröße war auch ausgezeichnet für dieses Erlebnis. Die Natur war atemberaubend und das Durchqueren des Gebiets war sehr spannend.

We did not get picked up at all for our excursion! We waited an hour, from 8:15 to 9:30, called TUI multiple times, asked for our booking reference which we provided, and was told they would get back to us in 5 minutes, they finally called after 20 minutes, asked for our reference again after not being able to contact the people doing our excursion, he then asked for confirmation of our reference and proceeds to not get back to us at all! We’ve called for a refund twice and we are yet to get It.

Our guide was lonely really put the effort into making it an unforgettable experience and went the extra mile
