Pyhä tie, Apollon temppeli, Leijonaterassi ja kilpailijoiden agora ovat vain joitakin muinaisista raunioista, joita näet. Deloksen saari nimettiin vuonna 1990 Unescon maailmanperintökohteeksi. Se on tunnustettu sen merkittävästä arkaaisen, klassisen ja hellenistisen ajan kokoelmasta. Arkeologisen koskemattomuuden säilyttämiseksi Deloksella ei saa syntyä eikä kuolla, eikä siellä ole pysyviä asukkaita tai majoituspaikkoja.
