Tällä puolen päivän retkellä risteilet Delokselle tutustumaan sen tärkeisiin arkeologisiin kohteisiin ja oppimaan antiikin Kreikan myyteistä ja legendoista.Delokseen on vain lyhyt, noin 40 minuutin pituinen venematka Mykonoksesta. Saarelle saapuessamme aloitamme opastetulla kierroksella tärkeimmillä arkeologisilla kohteilla. Pyhä tie, Apollon temppeli, Leijonaterassi ja kilpailijoiden agora ovat vain joitakin muinaisista raunioista, joita näet. Deloksen saari nimettiin vuonna 1990 Unescon maailmanperintökohteeksi. Se on tunnustettu sen merkittävästä arkaaisen, klassisen ja hellenistisen ajan kokoelmasta. Arkeologisen koskemattomuuden säilyttämiseksi Deloksella ei saa syntyä eikä kuolla, eikä siellä ole pysyviä asukkaita tai majoituspaikkoja.
