Your adventure begins with a scenic flight from Mombasa, offering breathtaking aerial views of Kenya’s landscapes and, on clear days, the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival at the Maasai Mara airstrip, you’ll be met by your experienced driver-guide and begin a game drive en route to Mara Engai Lodge. Set on the edge of the Oloololo Escarpment, the lodge offers sweeping views across the Mara plains, creating a dramatic backdrop for your stay. After check-in and lunch, you’ll head out for an afternoon game drive in a specialised 4x4 or 6x6 all-terrain vehicle designed for optimal wildlife viewing. After returning to the lodge for breakfast, you’ll check out and transfer back to the airstrip for your mid-morning flight to Mombasa.
