There's a hike to a farm in the hills of Kennilworth, where you can pick the freshest fruit and veg for your Jamaican cooking class that's scheduled later. Then, you'll return to an estate house where a local chef will show you some traditional cooking methods, before it's time to tuck into your Jamaican lunch.
