Silver - 30-min dolphin encounter, maximum 36 guests per group, 1 dolphin, lunch, 2 hours free time

Gold - 40-min dolphin swim, maximum 20 guests per group, 2 dolphins, lunch, 2 hours free time

Overall we had an unforgettable experience and we done the gold swim. Trainer was great and we got some nice photos. A few issues did leave a source taste for us. Food wasnt necessary and they served lunch at 10:30. I feel food was only added as a way of justifying the very high price point. Yet drinks not in included, staff telling people off for drinking own drinks. Some staff had terrible attitudes. All saff we encountered directly asked for a tip, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Loved every second of the experience. The driver/guide was a blast and made sure we were all booked in before he went back to the bus to wait for us. The actual swim with dolphins is soo worth the money. We paid for the Royal swim and we had cuddles, dance and kisses from two dolphins. Then later we got to be pulled along by the dorsal fins and then a door push! For me it was a dream come true! The trainer made sure we knew all about our dolphins and their lives

The dolphin interaction was lovely and the highlight of the experience. However, the tour felt rushed due to transportation timing. It was advertised as a four-hour package, but we were asked to return by 11:30am, which didn’t align with expectations. Traveling with two small children made this more challenging, as we couldn’t fully enjoy the activities. Additionally, the transport left without telling us when it would return, which caused unnecessary stress. Better communication needed.
