To enjoy the Grand Canal audio guide, you will need a Line 1 vaporetto ticket (not included in the package). Line 1 runs every 10 minutes, and tickets can be purchased at any time at the official ticket office or from the ticket machines at Piazzale Roma and San Zaccaria stops. A one way ticket costs €9.50

For all Venice Winter Passes, the guided walking tour must be pre-booked when activating your pass at the local operator's office. Most other experiences, like visits to museums, the VR Gallery, Procuratie Vecchie, and Prison Palace, do not require advanced booking—just show your pass. Audio guides and apps are flexible
The guided walking tour is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, and German
The Grand Canal tour can be experienced in both directions, either from Piazzale Roma or San Zaccaria
