Panzerotti, orecchiette and focaccia are the foods that have made Puglia famous throughout the world. What is surprising is the simplicity of the ingredients: water and flour are in fact the two main ingredients common to each of these Apulian specialities.
In this Apulian cooking lesson you'll learn the procedure for making panzerotti, focaccia, or orecchiette, so that you can then cook them at home wherever you come from. That way, you'll always have a little bit of Puglia with you.
Guiding you through this experience are chefs born and bred in Puglia, who are eager to share their knowledge with you, and to answer all your curiosities, in their kitchens. Afterwards, prepare to taste and enjoy the products have kneaded and baked in the case of focaccia, fried in the case of panzerotti, and cooked in the case of orecchiette. The experience takes place in the town of Conversano.
