Inside Oscar Schindler's museum, you will discover the personal stories of the inhabitants of Kraków, living under the occupation of Nazi Germany for nearly 6 years. You will learn to know more about a person who saved over 1000 lives while visiting his personal office with the symbolic "Survivor's Ark". The original Enamel Factory also known as Oskar Schindler's Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik (DEF) dates back to 1937 when it has been established. Nazi Germany invaded Poland on the 1st of September 1939, and it is believed that Oskar Schindler, a Sudeten German who was a member of the NSDAP and an agent of the Abwehr, arrived in Kraków on 6th of September when German troops entered Kraków.

The wait outside in the rain was hard the tickets needed for entry weren't printed correctly. The driver helped to sort this . Why must everything be so rushed the quide didn't wait for us to collect the headsets then went off Like the clappers very hard to catch up with our walking sticks . She was very knowledgeable the trip was arranged to late for the winter months as we couldn't see for walking on unlevel ground. It was so dark 2of our group couldn't do the 2nd half as it was to dangerous

The only issue I have is that tour groups being taken round took over the rooms so we couldn’t see some of the displays.

More expensive than buying tickets through the website or on the day, however you don’t need to join the long queue and great when booking last minute! Tickets arrived the day before as expected, we received copies both via email and WhatsApp.
