This cooking course offers you the opportunity to learn how to create your own noodles from scratch under the guidance of a seasoned ramen expert. Yoshi Shishido, who has honed his skills in some of Japan's top ramen establishments and even owned a restaurant in Australia, will share his culinary secrets with you.

In this interactive kitchen experience, you'll be crafting the chef's signature chicken tonkotsu bone broth, hand-cutting noodles, and preparing perfectly seasoned toppings. Not forgetting the delightful addition of Japanese gyoza dumplings for a side dish.

The journey begins with an exploration into the history of ramen, then you'll roll up your sleeves and get to cooking. After the cooking class, you'll sit down alongside the expert to enjoy your meal. By the end of this course, you'll have gained comprehensive knowledge about ramen, spanning its history to mastering the cooking skills for its preparation.
