The northernmost zoo in Japan, Asahiyama Zoo, is nestled in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido. From there, the journey continues to Shikisai-no-oka in Biei, a location that morphs into a winter wonderland. Here, you can indulge in exhilarating activities like snowmobiling and sleddding, suitable for both novices and seasoned enthusiasts alike. Amidst the snowy fields stands the solitary Ken&Mary tree, an iconic symbol known for its artistic allure. You'll have the opportunity to admire this sight from the comfort of your vehicle.

The final stop is Ningle Terrace in Furano, a place imbued with the spirit of Japanese author Kenji Miyazawa's characters. This woodland workshop is dotted with small cottages showcasing a variety of handmade crafts exclusive to the region, including glassware, paper art and lavender-themed souvenirs. Each shop exudes a certain charm and offers meticulously crafted items found nowhere else. The terrace takes on a particularly romantic ambiance in the evening when it's illuminated. After securing some keepsakes, the day trip concludes with a return to Sapporo.

Children under 2 years old require a ticket at the same price as adults if they need a seat, and this must be noted.
The tour guide may adjust the itinerary in order or shorten stay times at certain attractions based on the day’s actual conditions. The itinerary is for reference only; traffic conditions are uncontrollable. Avoid scheduling activities for the same evening
Arrive at the designated pickup point on time. The tour cannot be switched to another date or joined midway. If you cannot participate due to personal reasons, you will bear the corresponding losses
Due to many skiing tourists (especially on weekends), entry to Ningle Terrace may not be possible, depending on on-site conditions
Asahiyama Zoo is closed from December 30 to 31. From around November 10 to December 15, snow cover may be insufficient (snowmobiling will not be available during this period). From mid-December to late February, heavy snow or other weather conditions may cause traffic jams, making some attractions inaccessible. No refunds will be given for such cases.

This is a shared tour; the same vehicle may have passengers speaking other languages, with seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Small groups: English-speaking driver-guides provide commentary (no commentary while driving).
