Join Shu, a professional ramen chef, in a real ramen restaurant in Osaka. Begin with a 15-minute introduction to essential ingredients and tools, then enjoy a 30-40 minute hands-on cooking session guided by the chef. Choose from 4 types of ramen, from broths made of soy sauce, chicken and even clams. Torch chashu, prepare toppings, cut eggs with thread, and boil noodles to perfection.

While you won’t make noodles from scratch, you’ll cook in an authentic ramen kitchen and savour your creation alongside the chef!
