Before joining the hike, all participants will be required to sign a Hiking Activity Waiver confirming that they are between eight and 69 years old, free from any physical, mental, or legal conditions that could prevent safe participation and equipped with appropriate hiking gear (backpack, mountain footwear, seasonal clothing, hat, sunglasses, water, and food)
