Opening Hours: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM). Exhibits open from 9:30 AM. Amazon River Quest operates from 10:00 AM, subject to availability

Re-entry is permitted on the same day with a stamp obtained from park staff before exiting
E-tickets allow direct entry. Identification may be required upon entry
The Amazon River Quest boat ride may require a separate ticket
Presentations require advance seat reservations through the Mandai booking portal
Boat rides and outdoor attractions may be suspended during adverse weather conditions
The Amazon River Quest will be closed for annual maintenance from 31 August to 30 September 2026 and will reopen on 1 October 2026
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled
Admission is subject to park terms and conditions
Access is available by taxi, Mandai Shuttle, or MRT with a connecting bus
Please avoid using Coach Bays 3 and 5, which are reserved for shuttle services
Arriving early is recommended to avoid crowds and enjoy cooler temperatures
