Validity: Ticket is valid for the selected date only
Opening Hours: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Last admission is at 5:00 PM
Ticket tiers: Adult (13 years and above), Child (3-12 years), and Infant (0-2 years, free of charge)
Admission includes up to 9 Adventure+ activities on weekdays (excluding Singapore Public Holidays) and up to 5 Adventure+ activities on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays until 31 August 2026
Entry is subject to park capacity, and waiting times may apply during peak periods
Feeding animals is strictly prohibited unless authorised by park staff
Guests are advised not to wear strong perfumes or fragrances as animals may be sensitive to strong odours
Guests with certain medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or susceptibility to panic or anxiety attacks are not permitted to participate in Black Adventure activities
Wildlife encounters may vary depending on time, location, and environmental conditions
