The Palio is a famous horse race held twice a year (on the 2nd July and 16th August) in Piazza del Campo. On this ten-hour day trip, you will live all the drama and excitement of the Palio followed by a festive dinner. Plus learn incredible information from an expert guide.

After departing Florence in the afternoon, you'll arrive in Siena when the horses are blessed. Then, marvel at the magnificent parade in Renaissance costumes with three frenzied laps of the Piazza to decide the winner. Witness how the citizens of the winning Contrada then praise the horse and the jockey as heroes who will be proudly celebrated all year long.
