To ensure a smooth experience, please download the app using Wi-Fi before your visit. The instructions will be sent to the contact details you provided during the booking process
The audio app is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian, and Greek
Access to the Uffizi Gallery costs €29.00 for adults (18+); €2.00 for reduced (18-25 EU); free for guests under 18. The additional fees cover the on-site staff, ticket procurement, and agency booking fees. The price also includes a multilingual audio app as well as tastings of typical local products
On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone
For security reasons, a security check is in place at the entrance
Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in denied entry

Arrive at the Uffizi Gallery 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. Look for on-site staff wearing yellow vests with the "ACCORD" logo. They will be waiting for you at the corner between the Uffizi Gallery ticket office and Via Lambertesca, right by the Benvenuto Cellini statue. Once you locate the staff, they will provide you with your tickets. Afterwards, you can enter through Door No. 1 and enjoy your audioguided tour.

L’ingresso prioritario ci ha permesso di saltare la fila e di dirigerci subito all’entrata e l’audioguida conteneva la narrazione delle opere più famose. Ciò che è risultato ambiguo è stato il punto di ritrovo esterno, dove ho dovuto consegnare i documenti i quali sono stati messi in un sacchetto.
