Discover the Tuscan countryside on a Chianti wine tour, travelling along scenic roads lined with vineyards, olive groves, woodland, Romanesque churches, farmhouses, villas and castles.

Your first stop is in the heart of the Florentine Chianti Classico area, at a small organic winery. Guided by the owner, you'll learn about traditional Tuscan winemaking and enjoy a tasting of selected wines paired with local products.

The journey continues along the historic Via Chiantigiana, crossing into the Sienese Chianti Classico landscape. Along the way, you'll take in views of rolling hills and cultivated vineyards.

At the second family-run organic winery, known for its wine production, you'll explore the estate on foot. This includes a walk through the vineyards, as well as a guided visit to the cellars and the aromatic garden. The experience ends with a tasting of four wines, accompanied by local specialities produced at the winery.

I was not feeling well, so we didn't finish the tour. However, the tour guide was very nice and the food and wine were excellent.

Het verschil tussen de locale en dus kleine wijngaard en de grotere wijngaard is leuk om te zien. Helaas was de groep in totaal met 50 man waardoor het niet persoonlijk was en je vaak op andere mensen staat te wachten.
