Passeio Tulum e Xel-Há

We got stuck in a tropical storm at tulum (obviously no ones fault) but meant we didn't get the full tour of the site, which I was sad about. Xel-ha was fantastic, and was glad to have a good amount of time there. Had to wear our swim suits only on the coach as our normal clothes were drenched and smelled from the rain and being in a hot locker all day. Maybe recommend waterproofs or a change of clothes at this time of year, as no shelter at tulum.

the tour guide ( Santiago sp?) was fantastic, he made sure we were all accounted for, and solved problems with entry for a family with a child's ticket and ensured we knew what bus to take home. He answered questions in both English and Spanish. was knowledgeable regarding the ruins and history of the Mayan people. Brought samples of items to enrich our understanding of the discussion and what we were seeing. I preferred this trip over Chiznitzen due to the guide, and less people.

I will never use your company again. Never refunded the money promised. Pick up for departure never came. Your company is very bad

We enjoyed the whole experience and this was by far our favourite day/tour of the holiday. We had done two other tours with different tour operators and we had to send one of them a complaint. There was no comparison. Very friendly, informative tour guide and the bilingual concept was perfect for us as I am English and my husband is Spanish (he doesn't speak English). We greatly appreciated also the bottle of water upon arriving at Tulum, which we then used for the rest of the holiday.

Pünktliche Abholung, 2x umsteigen in einen größeren Bus, Tulum war SEHR ENG getaktet. Da hätte ich mir etwas mehr Zeit gewünscht. Und wurde viel erzählt und danach hatte man nur ca. 15 Minuten Freizeit. Zum Bus lief man ca. 15 Minuten zurück. Xel-Há war überragend!! 6 Stunden Freizeit, essen und trinken gratis, Schnorcheln gratis und viele andere Aktivitäten. Ein paar andere Aktivitäten kosteten extra. Auf jeden Fall die Tour mitmachen!

Tulum is beautiful- well worth seeing , take sun cream and hats as it is very open with little shade and can get very hot! Guide was very knowledgeable too. After the heat of Tulum, Xel-ha park was a welcome activity! The park is stunning. The all inclusive food and drinks are well worth the money- the frozen margaritas are amazing! We did sea trek which although was a bit of a pricey extra was a great experience totally worth it. A long (approx 2 hours each way from Cancun) but brilliant day
