Pepe talk a lot and explain the same thing over and over, I guess you pay him by word, the food in 90 minutes buffet was horrible, very bad and cheap dishes, very expensive for that food, the service in the boat was great

The shuttles were convenient and comfortable. The long wait spot for the boat was way too crowded and chaotic, confusing, and very hot. The boat also felt crowded and not as comfortable as the pictures of the tour flyer suggests. The snacks + lunch were disappointing. The drinks on the boat were plenty. The staff was fantastic. I would not do this tour again or recommend it to friends as I could have just bought the boat ride for cheaper and drink and eat in the island. Otherwise it was fun.

Journey to boat.. Van small and cramped. No guide. No water available. No proper toilet stops. Rude staff. Boat trip. Limited alcoholic drinks. Awful donuts for snacks. Nice staff. No atmosphere. Island. Stunning beach. Each club .. not nice. Food horrible . Drinks awful. Dining area dirty. Hot . Staff disorganised. Sunbeds plastic, uncomfortable. Boat home. No staff interaction. Trip home took 3 hours. Cramped bus. No water. No toilet stops . Rude staff. Expensive. Awful

Das Essen war nicht gut, man wurde ständig auf dem Catamaran genötigt etwas zu trinken. Die Zeit auf der Insel war zu kurz um diese etwas zu erkunden, bei dem Zeitrahmen und den Preisen hat es sich nicht rentiert ein Golfcart zu mieten. Beim Spaziergang würde man ständig angesprochen ob man nicht Souvenirs kaufen möchte. Der Ort ist überlaufen und das Meer nach wenigen Metern abgegrenzt das ständig Schiffe vorbei fahren. Schnorcheln ist auf Grund des Wetters aus Sicherheitsgründen ausgefallen.

Randy (TUI) & entire boat crew were FANTASTIC. This excursion is NOT what it was sold as. Supposed to have 45 minutes snorkeling; we had 10, possibly 15. Supposed to have all-inclusive, premium drinks and food for 1.5 hours plus 2 hours beach time. They would not even serve us mojitos and kicked us out after 1 hour. There were 10 umbrellas for 200 people on a crowded beach, and they kicked us off the beach when they kicked us out of the restaurant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT DO AGAIN.
