Journey to and from was long but sadly not sure anything can be done about that

The food at the boat was just little doughnuts from the market (Costco or Walmart). We were expecting something else. I think you can do better there. Also, they kept us waiting in the port for more than 20 minutes before boarding the ship (was really hot in that room). I will be good to have at least some fans in the docking port while we are waiting.

The boat crew were really friendly and helpful and professional, the overall package wasn’t what I expected, once arriving at the island seemed like customer service was just no where to be found. The servers at the restaurant were rude unprofessional pushy and aggressively asking for tips at time even refusing to serve me more food in an all you can eat buffet that was included in the package if a tip wasn’t given right then and there. Disappointing experience period.

This was the best trip we did! Absolutely brilliant staff on board our catamaran and so attentive I would rebook in a heart beat! We loved it !

tip : huur ter plaatse een golfkarretje voor twee uur en je kunt het volledige eiland bezoeken. Zeer mooie spots voor foto's !
