This early morning hot air balloon ride is the ultimate way to start your day in Morocco. You'll get to soar the skies on an hour-long ride over Marrakech and the High Atlas Mountains. And once you land, you'll be treated to a traditional Berber breakfast served in a cosy tent.

Your morning kicks off with an early pick-up from your hotel to begin making your way to the launch spot for your hot air balloon ride. First, you'll be served tea or coffee and a croissant as the balloon is inflated. Then climb in, and you'll be up, up and away – floating through the serene morning skies with views extending over the terracotta roofs of Marrakech, tiny Berber villages and snow-capped High Atlas Mountains in the distance.

You'll see it all as everyone is waking up, and during an hour or so in the air, you'll see Morocco from a whole new angle. On landing, you'll be welcomed into a typical Berber tent for a freshly prepared breakfast.

Phenomenal what an experience The staff were genuinely friendly and wanting to ensure everyone had the best time. I was nervous if the take off and landing but they were so smooth. The entire ride/flight was amazing watching sunrise over the mountains. Memory of a lifetime that’s for certain worth every penny highly recommended

Whilst the balloon flight itself was excellent, the experience did not match what was advertised. It was sold as a "romantic sunrise" experience, yet there were 20 people in the basket and we took off after sunrise. The advertised breakfast was inadequate. Our balloon landed around 30 minutes after the first due to the wind, but with 40 guests, almost all the food had gone. Staff refused to replenish it, leaving 20 people with virtually nothing to eat. Poor value for money.

The whole experience was great. Staff were absolutely brilliant. I didn’t want to eat the breakfast as there was a lot of flies on the food which was not covered but I didn’t book it for the breakfast anyway! I scored lower for value for money simply because there are many other opportunities to do similar Balloon rides for much less money, so I believe the price Tui charge could be more competitive

Overall an amazing experience. Maybe mention the mobility of the participants as agility is very important. My partner has mobility issues and it was only down to luck that we mentioned this to the pilot and they adjusted things for us in order to get into the balloon. If the pilot hadn’t spoken English I don’t believe the trip would have gone ahead for us.

The overall experience was amazing, the food available before and after flight fantastic. Our pilot was very engaging, and informative. She explained absolutely everything and it was a pleasure to fly with her ( bravo Nyx ) the only downside was the price, it was a bit more expensive than others that took off and landed from the same area...but would I book it again.... absolutely in a heartbeat.
