First thing to note is the market is not at the top of the cable carts. The market is separate and done later on the tour but no actual fixed time for the market itself. Usually half an hour or one hour only. Richard our main guide was lovely and gave us some great history and humour through the tour. The cooperative stop was nice but expected to hear/see a bit more of the argan oil process. You will be hassled by hagglers at cable cars so be wary and just walk away because they don't take no

Richard was amazing !! Very knowledgeable and funny

Overall we thought it was a disappointing city tour - perhaps we over-estimated what the trip included. The overall impression was that the guide was trying to be funny and amuse the tour party but little information about the city, the hilltop fort and the souk. We were very much left on our own at each stop. We were given 60 mins in the souk when the majority of the tour wanted about 20 - 30 mins. The tour guide for the German tourists appeared to give a much more lengthy and informative tour.

The experience was ok we expected a bit more after the cable car when you reach the top we got 15 mins to look around which was plenty of time as there is a man walking around with a snake another man carrying a goat and about 6 camels for riding all came at a cost. Then a stop at an argen oil shop ( very boring ) then dropped off at an absolutely massive market for two hours leather goods shoes trainers anything you needed be prepared to barter a lot this was not for us .

Souk was interesting. Rachid the guide was informative and entertaining. Cable car and fort was underwhelming. Visit to oil/spice co-operative felt like giving something to the community and worthwhile. Overall, expensive for what it was.
