Let the sand fly as you power over the soft dunes in part one of this trio of desert treats. After an hour in the saddle, it's time to switch it up and try your hand at sandboarding over the slopes of the Timlalan Dunes. The team at the ranch will then pair you up with a camel to take a peaceful lollop along the beach at golden hour, when the sun is just beginning to set – the Atlantic horizon never looked so good. There's a warm welcome back at the ranch, with a barbecue dinner and traditional live music for a true taste of Moroccan hospitality.

The transfers were dreadful, such a long journey because of going via a completely different resort and back at nearly 1am with something said to be suitable for 6 year olds and upwards, not great for young kids with no warning. Should have done pick ups from only one resort and started earlier, ran so late that driving quad bikes back in the dark with tinted goggles and poor headlights (not working some of the journey) was pretty dangerous. A shame as the activities were great and bbq tasty.

The quad biking/ buggy biking and sand boarding was amazing! That’s 10/10. The sunset camel ride is what let it down to be honest; we walked along the beach to one corner past the houses/horses and back to where the flamingos were and back and then the tour guide waved money saying thank you, expecting a tip I understand it’s the way of the world sometimes but I found it very intimating especially when the whole experience wasn’t cheap.. I wish we could have had more photos too.

Only real co.plaint was the driver of our minibus using his phone whilst driving and overtaking in a no overtake zone. Also the bus didn't have a/c on the way out and was really stuffy in the back. Would have been nice to have some communications about how far away the place was as we had no idea. Actual excursion was amazing though and we thoroughly enjoyed it once there.

The transport to the venue wasn't great, there was a problem with the shocks or suspension on the bus itself.

From start to finish the trip was fantastic. Pick up on time lovely driver. We went on the camel ride first which was surprisingly relaxing. Head scarves and smocks provided. We opted for a buggy ride and the young man lead the way across the dunes for an exciting journey to the tops for sand boarding. Excellent instructors. Had great fun. Lovely photos taken by them. Nothing too much trouble. Headed back at sunset for a bbq at a little farm. Superb food hospitality and entertainment.
