This chocolate factory tour takes you deep into the world of cacao as you taste fresh pulp or roasted beans and hear the full bean‑to‑bar story from an expert chocolatier. Inside the chocolate lab you'll pick up the science, history and practical know‑how behind it all before getting hands on. You'll sort beans straight from the sack, flash‑roast them, crush them into a warm paste and blend in your favourite flavours to create your own chocolatey creations.
