Spend a full day on this island-hopping tour – the archipelago is a UNESCO World Heritage Site – taking in Vulcano, the charming port town of Lipari and the active volcanic island of Stromboli.Relax into your journey across the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a good chance of wild dolphins escorting you some of the way to your first port of call – Stromboli. Enjoy dramatic views of the island's dominating feature – the active volcano that towers above all else. With any luck, you'll get to witness one of its eruptions, known to the locals as the Sciara del fuoco – ‘Stream of fire'.Then it's on to soak up the charm of the pastel-coloured, thriving fishing port of Lipari – the largest town on the island of the same name.
