You'll kick off with a visit to the Casa de Pilatos, an exquisite palace that mixes Spanish and Italian architectural styles. It's where the Dukes of Medinaceli live, showing off the luxurious lifestyle of Andalusian nobility with its impressive courtyards, detailed tile decorations, and well-kept gardens. Continue the day with a walking tour of the city's prettiest corners. You'll venture into Santa Cruz, the historic heart of the city, where charming cobbled streets are framed by balconies teeming with flowers.
A highlight of the tour is a visit to the jaw-dropping Gothic cathedral and its towering Giralda belfry, a symbol of Seville's rich history. Head inside to see the tomb of Christopher Columbus, main altar and more. Then, you'll head on to Plaza de España in Maria Luisa Park. This vibrant square, with its intricate tile work and sweeping arcades, is a feast for the eyes. It's the perfect spot to grab snaps and soak up the atmosphere. There's also the option of upgrading your experience with a tapas lunch.

Rock of Gibraltar Tour with Dolphin Watching Cruise
A quirky potpourri of the familiar and the unusual, Gibraltar is a must-visit. This tour is a roll call of its star attractions – the Barbary apes, the Rock and Main Street. And to top it off, you'll sail around the Bay of Gibraltar for the chance to spot dolphins. Rosa, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘Gibraltar's monkeys are the most accommodating wildlife around. Unlike dolphins, you don't have to search for them – they come looking for you, especially if you're holding food.'The fun kicks off with a boat trip in the bay to look out for dolphins. Three species – bottlenose, common and striped – are known to frolic in these waters. Then, back on dry land, head for a guided minibus tour of the Rock of Gibraltar, which juts 426 metres above the Mediterranean. You'll stop at Europa Point, where there are many famous monuments, a mosque and a historic Christian shrine. Plus, you'll also visit the Rock's recently renovated St Michael's Cave, which now hosts an auditorium.At the Upper Rock nature reserve, you'll meet the free-roaming Barbary apes – Europe's only wild monkeys. Rosa adds, ‘There are about 300 monkeys on the Rock. A local legend says that if the monkeys disappear, Gibraltar will stop being British.' Back at ground level, Gibraltar's town centre makes a point of being more British than Britain itself. Head to Main Street, where many of the British high street chains have outlets, for a mooch around its duty-free shops.

As Orazio, one of our expert local guides, puts it, 'We'll pass by The Convent, the official residence of His Excellency the Governor, who is the monarch's representative in Gibraltar. If you're lucky you'll witness a changing of the guard, Gibraltar's version of the daily parade outside Buckingham Palace.'Start with the Dolphin Tour, where you'll go out into the waters around Gibraltar by boat and with luck, you'll have the chance to see up close the playful dolphins that call these waters home. Next, we invite you to step back in time with our Walk Through History tour. Starting at Landport Gate, the historic entrance to Gibraltar's fortification, you'll be led through Casemates Square and up Irish Town, each step revealing more about Gibraltar's diverse past.Take a look at Bomb House Lane's distinctive architecture and pay your respects at Trafalgar Cemetery, final resting place for many sailors lost during the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. You'll hear tales of Moorish, Spanish, and British rule, as shared by our knowledgeable guides. Finally, it's time for some retail therapy along Main Street, Gibraltar's bustling commercial hub. Here you'll find duty-free shops offering everything from luxury goods to souvenirs.
