What to expect
For an alternative look at São Miguel's lakes, it's hard to beat this tour. You'll kick off by trundling around waterfalls, streams and forests between Lake Fogo and Lake São Brás. Then, it's on to Caldeira Velha thermal springs and Gorreana tea factory. After a picnic lunch, we'll head west to explore the volcanic caldera of Sete Cidades.
