Get your hands in the dough and become the Chef for a day at the Fidalma restaurant!
The Fidalma team will teach and follow you in the preparation of real homemade pasta. Other than the cooking class, this experience will also include in its price a wine tasting. Indeed, you'll be offered a glass of local wine while waiting for the delicacies you'll have prepared.
The dinner will consist of a bruschetta with cherry tomatoes from the garden and extra virgin olive oil from the fortressa, a first course of homemade pasta prepared during the course, and a dessert.
