Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge.

The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
Please provide your pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), and year of birth (all passengers) at the checkout
Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel- 30 minutes
