Discover the St. Stephen’s Basilica of Budapest, which is one of the most beautiful and significant churches and tourist attractions in the country.
The third largest church in Hungary, spanning a length of 87 meters, a width of 55 meters, and a maximum height of 96 meters, is exactly the same height as the Parliament building. The enormous church honors St. Stephen I, the first king of Hungary, who established Christianity in the kingdom.
The neoclassical cathedral contains the church's most revered relic: the mummified right hand of its patron, King St Stephen.
Head to the Dome's panoramic terrace to experience the breathtaking view of the landscape in the middle of the city.
