Know in advance:

To guarantee a seat for the performances, a pre-booked theater ticket is required. The theater ticket is free of charge and is valid together with a day ticket with an entrance time of at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance
The ticket is valid for one entry on the day selected at the time of booking. The time you choose is your entrance time, and you then have 30 minutes to show your ticket at the entrance
