The snorkelling was good but the pick up up was 2 hours late & whole trip was ruined as we were told before going in the gift shop to leave our bags outside, then after we were rushed onto the return bus forgetting our bag, got five minutes away & someone told out guide ‘greg’ & we told him we needed it for the next day. The bus kept heading back & Greg told us he would drop it to reception the next morning. No one dropped our bag off, we have rang the service number & been palmed off constantly

Seeing two 1 metre long sharks were the highlight of the snorkelling trip. Negatives?, I couldn’t think of any.
