Visit Elafonissi, located in the southwestern most point of Crete. You'll see the many dunes that characterize this natural area, and you'll learn about local flora with the typical sand lilies and junipers.
Admire the colorful beach and swim and relax in the clear waters. You can choose if you want to stay in the more natural side of the coast or if you want to exploit the organized beach with all the service it offers. You'll have 3 hours to explore this side of the island.
Then, move to Chania and enjoy walking through the old town to see the Venetian Harbor and the Turkish Quarters. You can visit the many shops and cafés or spend the two hours relaxing in this lovely town.
