With the pocket money the tour organizer provides you, you'll buy all the ingredients at the Central Market of Athens like the locals do.
With the help of a professional and experienced cook, you learn how to prepare famous traditional Greek dishes. Savor traditional appetizers, salads, and main courses, such as Tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cucumber & garlic dip), stuffed vine leaves "dolmadakia", Greek salad, stuffed vegetables (peppers and tomatoes), and chocolate salami for dessert. All are prepared by you and served in a traditional restaurant located in the heart of the city's historical center.
