We'll discover Bulgaria's fourth city on a guided tour of Burgas, then take a short drive into the mountains to visit a farm and break for a tasty country lunch. And to round off the day, there's a wine tasting experience. Firstly, it's off to Burgas for your guided walking tour of the city. Visitors and locals agree that the Sea Garden, a huge swathe of manicured parkland behind the beach, is a standout attraction. The park is a real hub of city life, incorporating cultural highlights and events venues as well as playgrounds and sports facilities. After your tour, you'll be whisked into the mountains to the village of Kamenjak to meet the Ruzhdi family, who'll show you around their organic dairy farm, where they produce both cow's and sheep's milk. Sit down to savour a tasty buffet lunch made using local produce and some of the farm's own cheeses.
For the icing on the cake, stop by the Stratsin winery where you'll be shown around and guided through an eco-wine tasting. It produces red, white and rosé wines, some of which have won awards. Try a sample of each of the wines along with a locally made sweet pastry.
