Sponsored by TUI but not in any way geared towards English people. Lots of waiting around and the host location had no water to wash hands on arrival back from cruise and this is a restaurant!!!! Staff on arrival and departure are rude, on their phones and have zero interest in customer service. Would not recommend, not good value for money at all!
