Passeio Xenotes

Overall it was a fantastic day. 5 Cenotes and various activities at 3 different sites. Every event as described in the literature. Negatives were - no explanation that we had to board the bus in swim gear and closed swim shoes as no changing rooms. This must be made clear at the outset to avoid embarrassment. Also the first slide is dangerous. If you don’t hold the bar tightly and push away there is a protruding ledge which could catch the body. My daughter did so but was just far enough out.

Adrian the tour guide was excellent. Loved the activities at each cenote.

The guide, Angel was amazed. We felt really safe and well looked after. The Cenotes were amazing, the activities were superb and the lunch was great. It was a small group which made it extra special.

Our tour guide Gabi was amazing! She had so much knowledge about the area and the culture. Unfortunately we didn’t bring money to tip her but she definitely deserves it for how great of an experience she provided. The xenotes tour was so much fun and everything was even more beautiful than expected.

You cancelled AGAIN last minute so we haven’t don’t the tour. It does not say at time of booing that it is dependent on numbers. Very disappointing and poor.
