Day of the Dead rituals, Maya legends and an ancestral steam bath give you a closer look at Mexican traditions on this evening in the jungle. You'll learn about the symbols of a traditional altar and hear stories of the aluxes, believed to guard the forest. Then, a Maya shaman will lead a purification ceremony before you enter a temazcal. Afterwards, cool off with a swim in a natural cenote and round things off with a light snack.
