Being led to a muster point after we got off the boat would have been helpful. We couldn't see the guide to take us back to our shuttle. Other than that, it was a memorable trip that we will tell everyone about. Highly recommended!

I WAS GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS TOUR AND MY WIFE AND I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FIRST, THE DRIVER WHO PICKED US UP, WAS LATE AND WE WERE THE LAST PASSAGERS TO ARRIVE. THE PERSON, RICARDO, WHO SET US UP WITH THE TOUR SAID WE WOULD HAVE A PRIVATE TABLE TO DINE. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. EVERBODY SAT A ONE LONG TABLE. THE SHIP WAS ROUGH IN THE WATER WHICH CAUSE US NOT ABLE TO WALK STEADY OR DRINK OUR WINE WITHOUT SPILLING IT. AND I SAW OTHER PEOPLE ATE MAUI-MAUI AND I HAD A SMALL PC. OF STEAK

Way overpriced. I was asked how we wanted our steak cooked but they served it the same to all. We were asked what we wanted for desert and we didn’t get what we ordered.

The tables slid into two of the guests twice. Everything else was great

The staff were really pleasant and engaged with the guests on a personal level. The food was also delicious.
