Excursion très décevante. Nous avions demandé une sortie en français, mais personne ne parlait français. Une fois sur l’île, nous avons été laissés seuls sans explication. Impossible de comprendre le programme sans traduction téléphone. Les transats avec parasols annoncés n’étaient finalement pas disponibles pour nous. Nous recommandons plutôt H&L Voyage Mexique : vrais guides francophones, petits groupes et meilleure organisation.

Pepe talk a lot and explain the same thing over and over, I guess you pay him by word, the food in 90 minutes buffet was horrible, very bad and cheap dishes, very expensive for that food, the service in the boat was great

The shuttles were convenient and comfortable. The long wait spot for the boat was way too crowded and chaotic, confusing, and very hot. The boat also felt crowded and not as comfortable as the pictures of the tour flyer suggests. The snacks + lunch were disappointing. The drinks on the boat were plenty. The staff was fantastic. I would not do this tour again or recommend it to friends as I could have just bought the boat ride for cheaper and drink and eat in the island. Otherwise it was fun.
